Official Complaint

Dear Keebler Elves,

I am writing in complaint of a snack pack of cheese cracker sandwiches that I recently purchased. While taking a cracker sandwich out of its packaging, I came across a sandwich with one cracker's rough, flat side facing outward, instead of the puffy, rounded side where it belongs. I was thoroughly outraged! What an oversight on the parts of your factory workers and their machinery!

I must tell you that if this happens again, I will be taking my business to Kelloggs (maybe those Snap!Crackle!Pop! guys have their shit more together.
